Who we are

MarkUp, the official academic marketing club of IMT, has served as a platform for pioneering marketing thoughts, ideas and opportunities for budding marketing gurus ever since its inception.


Our major areas of activity:

  • Marketing World Cup - A 2 day fiesta devoted to marketing; Last year's edition attracted 1000+ participants from over 30 B-schools, the best of whom converged onto the IMT campus for 2 days of intense competition.
  • Events - MarkUp conducts several formal events for the students of IMT over the course of each academic year. The objective of these events is to provide a platform for the students to compete with each other and explore marketing in all its depth.
  • Activities - MarkUp organises lectures by industry experts, corporate interaction sessions, short term projects, et al. Our bi-annual publication, Markezine, provides an outlet for the thoughts and ideas on the burning issues of the day.
